Terms and conditions

 Please read through all terms and conditions before making a booking

 The price quoted will include a £100 refundable damage bond.

A £50 deposit or if less than 6 weeks full payment is required at time of booking to secure your dates.

The full balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Instalments can be arranged if you prefer, please message. Late payment may result in the caravan being re-let and loss of deposit.

Bond of £100 is included in The price of the holiday (we will cash this payment and hold it to be refunded after holiday ends provided no damage or excessive cleaning is to be paid for). The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, there will be a £25 surcharge for additional cleaning for caravans left in an unsatisfactory condition or where smoke can be smelt in the caravan, please smoke outside with the door closed.  Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be reported to us and damage will be assessed and paid for by the person responsible for the booking.

Any repairs or services ordered by you from the park will be paid for out of your bond,  

Keys will be in a key safe , code will be given on arrival and must be put back in key safe on departure, We are always at the end of the phone incase of any problems 07554898183 Sarah

Arrival/Departure.  Arrival time from 2pm  Departure no later than 10.00am Please strip all beds and leave in laundry bags provided in double wardrobe. All rubbish to be taken to bins provided behind The Fairway sign at the entrance to The Fairway.

Smoking is not permitted in the van, No Pets allowed.

Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given. 

Behaviour. If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.

Only 2 cars are permitted to park outside the caravan. Any other vehicles must be parked in the car park by the main centre.

BBQ’s are not permitted on the decking, these can be placed on the hard standing or the grass away from the decking, or next caravan.

HOT TUB the Hot Tub is only designed to seat 5 Adults, please adhere to this. When not in use please always replace lid and fasten down in case of wind. Please turn the air flow on placing the grey nozzles to face each other, this keeps the water flowing Keeping it clean.
